Shipping Policy

From Our Hands to Yours
Each bottle is carefully prepared and packed in small batches. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wildshrubcompany.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

During busy seasons, things may take a little longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery speed.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside of our control.

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

On the Journey
We package each order with care to help your shrubs arrive safely. Because our products are made with natural ingredients, we recommend bringing your package inside soon after delivery to avoid extreme heat or cold.

In rare cases of extreme weather, we may delay shipping slightly to protect the quality of your order.

If Something Isn’t Right
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 5 days of delivery at info@wildshrubcompany.com and include a few photos. We will take care of you.

If your tracking says “delivered” but you can’t find your package, we suggest checking with neighbors or your local carrier first. Still no luck? Let us know—we’re happy to help.

Double Check Your Details
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, we will reach out to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
